What is Pilates?
Joseph and Clara Pilates introduced the method of movement focused strength training by using unique equipment that was designed by them. The method has been treasured by a wide range of professionals from Ballet dancers to team sports players such as NBA and NFL. The method has evolved in terms of exercise. However, Joseph Pilates' principles have not changed. We embrace the principles as "Movement Principle" to guide our clients to ultimate keen wellness.
