Our Facility

Nexus Studio is located by the Carmel Barnyard shopping area and welcomes clients in a light-filled and spacious studio, yet provides a private setting for our clients to heal and rejuvenate and welcomes clients in a light-filled and spacious studio. The studio is equipped with the latest, high-end Pilates and gym equipment required to assist in your healing journey. At Nexus Studio, we only use equipment made by Balanced Body® which has been producing effective, beautiful and safe equipment consistently over the past 40 years. Our equipment works with all body sizes, and with different Pilates disciplines.

We have private consulting rooms for your initial assessment and for our Shockwave and Braintap healing sessions.
As Nexus is not a group-training facility you can expect to have your sessions in private or duet classes only. We respect and value our clients’ privacy.
